Processing time
Orders for pre-made items can take 5-7 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping times are dependent upon location.

Items that are made to order have a processing time of 6-10 weeks, this allows time to make, glaze and fire your order before packing and posting,

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Old Town Ceramics is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Customers in the United States will now be charged the customs fee at checkout, and I will pre-pay it when posting. Please note that the current Shopify system for collecting taxes is not perfect, and therefore, I will refund any overages if needed.

Shipping prices are calculated by weight at Checkout and will be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
