POTTERY CARE

My pottery is dishwasher-safe, though I do recommend handwashing whenever possible. Dishwasher soap can be harsh and may gradually dull the glaze or make the piece more brittle, potentially shortening its lifespan.

Most of my pottery is microwave-safe for occasional use, frequent microwave usage may increase the risk of breakages and shorten its lifespan.

Please note that pottery made with black clay is not microwave-safe due to the iron content, which can cause overheating.

Additionally, pieces decorated with gold lustre are not microwave-safe and should be handwashed to preserve their finish.

CUSTOM ORDERS

I'm usually happy to take on a custom order, fill out the contact form here and be sure to add the following information;

What you'd like made (for example; a mug)

Colours

Any personalization (for example; "Ellie and Mark 2023" stamped into the bottom of the piece)

As well as any other relevant information.

Customs usually take anywhere between 4-10 weeks depending on where I am in my batch schedule.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Currently, orders can take 5-10 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping times are dependent upon location.
