I have created a glaze list below of every glaze I typically use and I keep this updated as I introduce new glazes into my batches.

If you're looking for something a little different glaze wise, I am generally happy to try out new colours and combinations, however, extensive glaze testing will incur a small fee.

My typical turnaround time is around 4-6 weeks from the beginning of the making process to the final firing.

Larger or multiple items may take longer.

I will keep in touch throughout the process to let you know where things are.

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the beginning of the order.
The final invoice will be sent upon completion of your order and will be due before shipment.

Returns:

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described. I do my best to meet any specifications and keep buyers updated with pictures and regular communication with all custom orders to ensure the buyer is satisfied before shipping.
