Cancelations

If you have placed an order you would like to cancel and it has not yet shipped, please reach out to me ASAP either through the contact form or via Instagram.

If your order has already shipped then the General Returns policy below applies.

General Returns

I do accept returns, if you are at all dissatisfied with your order please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be shipped back within 30 days of original delivery. If the item is not returned in its original clean and unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, including any breakage in the return shipping process. The refund process will begin once I have received the piece and verified it's in its original condition.

Custom Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described. I do my best to meet any specifications and keep buyers updated with pictures and regular communication with all custom orders to ensure the buyer is satisfied before shipping.

Damages

If an item has arrived damaged or broken, please contact me within 3 days of original delivery.
